Bare Feet

The soil is his mother, sky is his soul.
sometimes he runs around, hardly he strolls.
by leaps and bounds he fills the air with joy,
his name is unknown but i know he is not a city boy.
Short and timid , he loves to play in rain,
Dance to the music of the raindrops, i can still see his eyes filled with pain.

Strangers.Again

I can see it in your eyes.
i can sense it in you presence.
The way you look at me.
A lost battle. Increasing pain.
We are strangers again.

All lies.
lost the love.
Nothing to gain.

We hold hands. We smile a each other.
The breath is cold. Then gaze is full of loath.

Where did i lose you?
It's a dead end.
I'm racing against time.
Killing myself everyday.Slowly.
Hoping to rise from my own ashes, to find the old you.Our old love.

But i guess it's vain. We can never start again.

When the shadows are longer than the nights,
And hearts are colder than the snow falling,
We kindle the fire of hope.

When the rain falls too hard,
And drenches the spirits in agony,
I give you faith.

When the Sun is scorching & burning the soul,
Even the mirage fades away,
You give me the eternal shade.
